What is GDPR?
The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU and EEA areas. The GDPR aims primarily to give control to individuals over their personal data and to simplify the regulatory environment for international business by unifying the regulation within the EU.
Information about the storage and processing of personal data – GDPR
Have you contacted Sto Cretec Flooring or have any of us contacted you? It may be that we have stored contact information about you in our CRM system. There may be information such as name, place of work, role, telephone and e-mail. All information is stored securely on secured servers and in accordance with the applicable rules for the retention of personal data. We may have stored your personal information about you because you have been affiliated with a sale. We use the information about you to provide you with an even better follow-up and to position us in the new sales you are affiliated with. We also store company information about the company you are affiliated with, such as name, organization number and addresses. For customers, we save additional, voucher and invoice information. The Accounting Act requires that we keep your bills and invoice information about your company for 5 years.
